Lee McQueen - Founder & CEO

With 19 years of experience in talent acquisition, including in the assessment and competency framework space, Lee has a genuine passion for helping organisations to select future talent. Underpinned by a core understanding of the importance of talent analytics, Lee is firm in his belief that a data-driven approach will define the next epoch in talent assessment.

Chris Wimshurst - COO

Over the last 14 years working within the talent and people-development sphere, Chris supports individuals and businesses in reaching their full potential. Well-qualified in business psychology, coaching and psychometric assessment, he designs systems and frameworks that take organisations through the entire talent lifecycle; assess, hire, train, retain.

Michael Power – Director of Product and Customer Success

Michael leads our customer success and product team. With 20 years' experience in customer-focussed technologies, he supports us in client onboarding, training and product development-pushing the envelope of product design and usability.

Heather Saunders – Operations

Heather has over 16 years in recruitment operations and 8 years experience specially in the talent behavioural space. Her role is to ensure the smooth day to day operation of Phoenix51

Emma Maslen - Board Advisor

Emma has over 20 years' experience in developing and selling SaaS at a global level. She acts in a board-advisory and commercial capacity, supporting the business in our investment, marketing and growth strategies.

Sean Miller - Technology

Sean leads our technology team from product development to deployment and support. He brings 20 years' worth of experience in developing intuitive user-friendly innovations to talent-based applications and technologies.

Jon Holden – Strategic Sales

Jon has over 20 years' experience selling HR technology. He is responsible for executing the Phoenix51’s go-to-market strategy, engaging with clients and fostering partnerships within the BPO and MSP space.

Andrew Bloch - Board Advisor

Andrew has 25 years of experience in PR, working with global brands around marketing and business strategy. He acts in a board-advisory capacity.

Nicola Fish - Board Advisor

Nicola has vast experience of working with B2B businesses to help build customer-centric strategies. She is a Board Advisor focused on brand and marketing, ensuring we have a consistent brand experience which resonates with our audience.

Sam Page - Board Advisor

Sam from 7DOTS has a proven track record of using creative technology to deliver innovative digital experiences. He co-founded 7DOTS in 2009 has worked on behalf of a wide range of domestic and global companies. He acts in board advisory role for us on all things digital.

Ian has spent the last 11 years building high performing sales teams for global technology businesses.
